🔹 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange will be accepted only if:

• The product has a clear defect or manufacturing issue, or

• There is a significant discrepancy between the item received and the description or images shown on our website at the time of purchase.

If the product you receive is completely different from what was described on the product page, you are entitled to a full refund.

However, if the product matches the description and quality shown online but you wish to return it for personal reasons (such as a change of mind), a 30% deduction will be applied to cover operational and logistical costs.

🔹 Product Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for eligible products.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental drops, or water exposure.

• Normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.

To claim a warranty, please contact us via email. Proof of purchase may be required.

⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by the warranty. However, we will process the service as quickly as possible once the product is received.
